PART 1: WHO (บุคคล) 👤

PART 2: WHICH / THAT (สิ่งของ) 📦

3. Policy / Legislation The policy which aims to cut taxes was approved.

4. Evidence / Statement The evidence that was found proves his innocence.

PART 3: WHERE (สถานที่) 📍

5. Scene / Location Police are at the scene where the fire started.

6. Headquarters / Territory This is the region where the crisis began.

หัวใจสำคัญคือการดูคำนามที่อยู่ "ข้างหน้า" คำเชื่อมเหล่านี้ครับ:
• ถ้าเป็นคน -> ใช้ Who
• ถ้าเป็นสิ่งของ/เรื่องราว -> ใช้ Which / That
