ในเชิงเทคนิค Which มักใช้กับข้อมูลเสริมที่มีเครื่องหมาย Comma (,) คั่น ส่วน That มักใช้กับข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต้องมีเพื่อให้ประโยคสมบูรณ์ครับ แต่ในพาดหัวข่าว บางครั้งเขาก็ตัดทั้งสองคำนี้ทิ้งไปเลย (Reduced form) เพื่อความสั้นครับ!
